Welcome to my blog, this is my second attempt at Learning 2.0 and this time I plan to make time to complete the course. I have decided to do it at home so I don"t have the excuse of distractions and will have time to explore areas that interest me.
This is my first blog and until now I have not had any interest in blogging however just from reading the first weeks notes and looking at other blogs from Learning 2.0 I feel confident that I will gain a lot from this course. I can see how useful having a blog could be as a way of keeping borrowers up to date on what's going on in the library.
It's great all staff are encouraged to continue learning via this course as sometimes it's easy to let technology pass us by and only embrace what interests us rather than being familiar with the latest technology.
Just in the last year Twitter has taken off and I look forward to learning how to be part of it.
